I've had this monitor a few days now, and whilst I really like it - I feel it is just a bit too big for me! I'll never use all that desktop space, and I think the dot pitch is just a bit too small for me, while the scaling to 1920x1200 just makes it a tad too big   :p although I must say the PS3 looks completely awesome on this and I don't notice any lag whatsoever, so I am tempted to keep it just for that lol

Anyway, I got a decent deal on this monitor (and it has zero dead pixels), so rather than send it back for a refund I am thinking about selling it and passing the savings on to someone who wants this monitor.

So where's the best place to sell? Ebay? A free-ads type site? How much do you think I could sell it for?

I would say here (to me) but you dont have enough posts to access the MM

fleabay will get you the best price, freeads I would be surprised you got much interest (its pretty high priced gadget - so it would be fluke more than anything for these to hit the mark)

The only place anything can ever get sold is on Overclockers members market ;) (get 250 posts first). Everything else is under competitors rules and this thread will prob. get locked.

Ah right, didn't know there was a market-place here. 250 posts is a bit tight tho! 50 posts would be better (and I'm not selling it here, just asking where the best place is to sell it :))

How much do you reckon I could get for it? I'm not gonna sell it without making a small profit LOL

I just went back to 2560 x 1600 and it is crisp as hell! But I have to sit a bit closer to it - yet the whole reason I bought this desk was because it goes back quite a bit and was ideal for my 2707 to sit right at the back.

best thing is the search it in fleabay and see what the average "Buy it now" is. Then knock a tenner off for good measure.

Cheapest on ebay were at £980 - none left now tho :-/

I can't find any second hand ones anywhere - guess I could just put it on ebay and see how much I get, perhaps stick a reserve in? I have no idea how much it is worth second hand tho so don't know what to put as a reserve.
