The 3 week work out plan challenge!

Don't eat for 3 weeks, im sure you will lose at least 2 stones, job done

or actually try being serious
This would indeed lead to big weight loss, though as we know a big chunk of it would be muscle and water though as your body would cling onto bodyfat for all it's life... literally lol.

Imagine the rebound though when you started eating again... with your metabolism in survival mode! :D

Did you read the first post at all?

In fact forget it, what a waste of time...

You are wasting everyone's time with your first post tbh. Looking good, losing weight or building muscle takes time and effort.

And it shows you don't know a lot if you think you can realistically lose 1 to 2 stones in three weeks.

You could lose 6-12 pounds if you worked really hard though.

That will take a damn good diet and a lot of exercise to achieve. Good luck!

Ps. Can anyone recommend me a program to become Mr Olympia in time for September?

14 pounds of what though?

Like I said, I think muscle loss has been minimal because I'm still matching or beating my previous personal bests at the gym. No doubt 4-5 pounds of what has been lost so far has been water and glycogen which will come back again as I come off the diet but other than that I'm really happy with it so far. Don't think I'm going to do the full 28 days though, might see if I can shift another 7 pounds or so and then start to slowly reintroduce my normal diet.

I'm more interested in what happens once you start eating normally again. Keep us posted.

Well I'm well aware that any water and glycogen will go back on and I'll initially gain a few pounds back. After that it will be like any diet, if you make poor choices with your diet then you will see it. I took a photo at the start of the diet, the night before I began and I will take another photo tonight for comparison followed by a final one at the end of the cycle and then post them up here.

im struggling to lose it quick, im doing ok though with half a stone in 1.5 weeks. But im doing HIIT Training, in the evenings. and just eating very healthy food.

good luck

The results (unassisted) would be minimal. I'm not very familiar with quick weightloss, but research 'ECA stack'. However, it probably wont be much fun. Next time don't leave it till the last minute.

BS, i put on 1.5 CMs on my bicep in one day!, its stayed there for 2 weeks now so i'd say good for me.

Coloured Marbles? If you can make gains like that all the time then you really should sell your exercise plan, it's a miracle - all the results, none of the waiting.

While I'd agree that doing something for three weeks is probably better than nothing, it isn't likely to make any significant difference.

Its possible as a one off, poliquin devised a 1 day (full day) arm workout iirc.

Yea I think I read that about Poliquin or someone who copied him except they did it with chest. They also said their strength improved quite a bit that day and stayed with them.
