BFG retuning card with no reciept?

One the 3 seperate occasions i have returned stuff to bfg, neither time have they asked for a reciept, and thus i never included one.

Didn't have any issues and new items were with me within a week each time.
 
Nearly sent back a 7800gs oc card a few years back (dodgey fan but fixed itself) and they never asked for me to include the reciept for it and i speificaly said i dindt have one for it.

The have changed the rules recently though. If it was bought after (21st?)feb 2008 then it has to be registered on their site to qualify for the extendend 10 year cover. Not relevant to yourself of course but just thought i would mention :)

Cant seem to find what to do on their site, do I email them with problem and details of card?
