Finally got my Weapons

i dont understand this view, foxes will rip other animals to pieces and they also kill whatever they can not just what they need to survive. Whats the issue with another animal ripping a fox apart?

I understand what you are saying. I suppose it is more to do with the whole fox hunting thing really.

Man can't manage land better than nature. What man does however, is keep the natural order as they want it... unnatural.

If there's too many foxes, bunny dies and foxes starve, nature balances out. You cant man handle it.

Do you think that dying slowly of starvation or disease is more pleasant for the animal than a managed cull?

Good stuff :)

I keep on saying to myself I'll get a licence then a rifle or two (thinking of a AR-15 and Mosin Nagant) but I've not got round to it yet. Have fun and stay safe :)

what stupid remark.

I hunt, i eat what i kill. It is also necessary to control numbersof certain species (deer, rabbits, fox etc)
Its a proven fact that land used for hunting/shooting is better for wilflife etc due to the management and conservation that owners undertake

Shoot a deer with a .22 rimfire such as this guy has got and you'll get locked up, and rightly so. A .240 is the absolute minimum even for muntjac.

If he sticks to rabbits and smaller with the .22, he'll be OK :)

was just searching to find your original thread about applying for your FAC & SGC ;)

Put some piccys up? :p

I'm hoping to apply for my FAC in the next few weeks, I've got my shotgun cert and am just about to go out round the farm with my Baikal 12gauge :D

be carefull what you post on the internet! have heard of people getting their license revoked due to stuff they posted online

Really? Where have you heard that?

Shame to see the anti-firearms nutters in the thread as usual. Seems that nothing can be posted on here these days about guns without that happening.

I love my little 10/22, it's my fun gun.

I don't hunt and I have no interest in hunting whatsoever. Doesn't stop me having a couple of cabinets full of firearms though.

intriguing, i assume you have to go to a range to fire them though?

what do you shot with the rifle?

The good thing about hunting is that you feel more of a man shooting defenceless unaware animals.
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Three roll eyes!!!!

*ahem*

We shot rabbits down in wales, skinned and gutted em, cooked them in a Caravans oven for about 3 hours and it was guuuuurd.
