Sooo many Flies!!

So this week, we've been noticing quite a few flies buzzing 'round the office, but now its just getting ridiculous. On my window alone, I can see 7 flies and 4 ladybirds (the ladybirds have been getting worse too...), they are even having a problem downstairs in accounts and its driving us all crazy. The windows aren't open, so no idea how the gits are getting in!

Apart from a rolled up magazine or those horrible sticky tape things, anyone got a fail safe way of getting rid of them? Or any ideas why they're swarming here in the first place?! We don't smell or anything...

Some fly spray? Raid do a good one, available in most supermarkets.

we have this problem in our office too. Just have to put up with the sound of them buzzing up the glass all day

Its probably a nest that was dormant (for both the flies and the ladybirds) and now youve turned your heating on its warmed the nest up and theyve hatched out.
I used to get the same in Winter with butterflies. Used to freak me right out waking up in the middle of the night in November with one flitting about the bedroom.
