10% would be more like something to post about.

6% is a very reserved £21.15 on something costing a rather large £352.49 not enough really to make me splash out.

I guess its a nice thought though.

Unless you can roll over your 6%'s for one purchase, meaning I could slash 36% off my single purchase.
£126.90 off my single purchase of £352.49 would be a recession beater !:cool:

yea thats a great deal, get discount for the stuff we allready own over the next 6 days where nothing new is going to come out....

I'm going to build a new rig in about a week too. I'm going to miss out on this and TBH 6%, although is better than nothing, is a bit *****. someone spending around £1200 on a new setup getting £72 off. Not fantastic when you're spending that much money.

BUT. I Suppose its better than nothing. SO I'll look into obtaining some cash quicker ;)
 
Amazing to see how few people learn anything from the old ocuk hype threads! Only yourselves to blame I'm afraid, once again they're all laughing in the office at your expense :p
 
I don't see the problem, the offer seems very reasonable to me - add this discount to say something from this week only and you are getting a very good deal especially if you qualify for free postage too.

I think that (if you're buying the right sort of products) this could be seen as a very nice offer.

Savings are savings, if I was given the chance of a 6% + 6% + 6% discount or the chance of no discount, I know what one I'd choose.

what are you talking about ?

what is that 6 + 6 + 6% thing?

its just 6% only its not a true 6% as its only for the first 6 products.
 
Sounds alright to me, especially as they sort into the most expensive items...
Some people will never be happy. Others just never learn, unless it was a sly benchmark release it was never going to be a large announcement of magical products.

well the gtx 280+ has/had a release date of mid october and its the 16th so dont say that there wern't any products due out!
