It's an amendment due to the new courier and the new way of people qualifying.

There is a 2nd rule now, you can have just 100 posts if you've been here for a year.

Is there any chance of free delivery for Highlands and Islands forum members as long as they only select Royal Mail (as the cost is the same)?
