Just pulled the trigger on one of those Leadteks, anyone know how well they clock?

I got a leadteck back in august/september when they were similarly priced, not had any issues with mine, seems a decent overclocker, running at 675/1250/1450 at the mo, i think it would likely hit 700/1300/1500, but i expect the fan would have to be turned up quite high and i find the noise above 70% fan speed to be quite intrusive so i settled on my first set of figures

PSU should be fine. Think most of them should have 8pin to 2xmolex convertors included.

Yeah, I thought Corsair were providing 8-pin cable adaptors for customers who had the older PCI-e 1.0 PSUs on request. I got one for my Enermax Liberty but had to pay for it (only a couple of quid though).
