Wonder who is actually offended by it... :/
The usual nutters apparently, as evidenced in this thread.
Not wanting to be critical of your post, but so far only one person has actually said they were offended...

It doesn't look particularly well designed from the small pictures I've seen of it (maybe it looks better seeing it physically) but the idea is quite humourous and it's achieved the aim of getting people to talk about it.
Czech Deputy Prime Minister Alexandr Vondra apologised directly to Bulgaria, which has formally complained over its depiction as a toilet in the art work.

I think the ability to laugh at yourself is very important .
So is the ability to allow others to laugh at you.
I have to laugh at Bulgaria.

Whats wrong with it? Its rather good I think.
I would LOVE to see the state Europe would be in if Britain and her Empire didnt get involved with the Germans and the Soviets knocking on the doors of all of Europe...
Probably the same fate we would have shared. Unless you think either of them would have stopped at the Channel and thought "Nah, let's not bother with the UK"?
