So Far i have got a black antec p180, a B Grade MSI P7N SLI Platinum nForce 750i (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 (Just the motherboard nothing else) and a WD 250gb hard drive.

This machine will be used for image editing from time to time, internet surfing, low powered to keep down the bills, start me off pc gaming( Doesn't need to be powerful)
I play at 1366 x 768 but a might upgrade soon.
I would also like it to be quiet.
Does this spec look on then?

I'd say this is a good set up for a starting off gamer, you should be able to play a lot of games with this rig. Also, the pic says your postcode xD I'm coming to get you, lol na, I'm 15, I doubt I could.......

Oh thank you for tell me ^_^, i am 14 and i am slowly building this should have it done next month if i borrow money off my sister.

No problem. And lol ok, do you know what you're doing xD Because if you don't, I have a tip, don't break it. You made any other builds before/messed about with your PC's inners?

Lol, I'm sure there are older people on here than you.

And he has everything for the main PC from what I remember, if you need an OS I'd just download Windows 7 beta xD Because it's awesome :P

1366 x 768.
My max budget for the rest is £220.
I have a windows 7 beta lying around in the house.
I have a monitor, keyboard and mouse but it's only a wireless logictech one so i will upgrade to some nice gaming kit.
I know a fair bit about them, rebuilt my old computer.
Pics are back up just had to remove my postcode.

I have to say, that is a strange resolution indeed. Hmmm, I'll see what else you can squeeze out of the £220 if you want.

About the keyboard and mouse, I haven't even bothered with a gaming one xD, my pc is worth like, umm, let me work it out, £500 for base, £175 graphics card, £100 PSU and case, £140 monitor, £70 speakers. £775 for my PC and like a lot in total. I game a fair bit but I can't be bothered with a gaming mouse.

And good good, don't want you to break it all and get ****y like I would, well, I get ****y when things don't work. When I got my iPod Video for xmas when I was 12-13 I got in a ****y since it wouldn't work on the PC

It's only because it's a 32" tv but i plan to get a nice 22" monitor, my mouse is too small + it's wireless so there will be a bit of lag while playing.

Oh ok, fair point. And my mouse is wireless and I don't really see a problem with mine. From what I see you've got everything you need, I can't think of anything else for now, I'll have a sleep on it later though, I might have a brainwave, don't count on it though.

My shot, would hold off then the cpu cooler if your not overclocking, and maybe invest in one later if you feel like giving it a go, extra ram will benefit you more for photoshoping and some gaming :)

I will be overclocking to about 3.8ghz so i will need a cpu cooler.
with the low profile graphics card will it fit a normal pci braket?

The GPU will proberly come with 2 brackets, small one and a std size to allow it to fit in different size cases - Not sure if that was the answere your looking :)

I have tryed to overclock my amd 3000+ but it needed a lot more volts than normal but my dads friend knows a lot about computers so he can help me.
I will see how the budget pans out before i deside if it's worth the extra money.

I'm 15 too and I'd like to say...
Definately go for the 4gig of ram, however I've seen that DDR3 makes very LITTLE difference - and another +1 for the 9600gt.
