Best commercial alternative to defrag/ccleaner ?

I don't mind paying, was wonder what I should get ?

Just looking at speeding up windows xp and vista.

I’ve been using Perfectdisk 10(defragger) for 3 months with no prob’s, it’s on auto check’s hard drive every 3 days and you don’t even now it’s ran. The best thing to do is read a few review’s about defrag software, as for CCleaner I would stick with that a lot of folk’s use it.

JKDefrag. Just download the package, run it once then make a scheduled task every x days (it's designed to be run daily) and set the user as NT Authority\System with no password. You won't even noticed it running then.

ccleaner and an inital JKDefrag seems to have had some positive results but the machine is still a little slow to startup

I tried JKDefrag and had already set up the schedule but I'm now pinning my hopes with Perfectdisk now....

Then a fragmented hard drive isn't your problem?

I'm liking Perfectdisk 'a lot', it's doing a grand job btw
