I sold it to guy X who sold it to guy Y, who is in turn trying to sell it. Damn, seems no-one loves it! :(

Tbh it is a touch hardcore, possibly people are thinking yeah I can do this for a daily driver then the NVH is starting to kick in.

ITR DC5 is register only im afraid (so no hotlinking).

I'm assuming this is Pashat we're talking about here, in which case... LOL. Poor car, it just wants to be loved :(

Oh wait, need to learn to read. You have a DC5? Never seen it before.

Oooh, what did you have done to that then?

I see 2001 DC5s are tipping under 8/9k now. It's just a shame these cars are getting older and i'm getting poorer, would love one.

Suspension and geo work, black TD alloys, remap with vtec dropped to 4250 and limiter increased, £1400 of lightweight exhaust, £400 of induction, rigidity stuff, solid mounts.

Was fun.

Bet that gave some nice vibrations at idle :D

That's about the shopping list for my EP3 for when I can put aside for those things and not fix my broken house. Did you run it daily?

Yeah, and that was inevitably the reason why it had to go. I was doing business calls in it - which was fine when my annual mileage was 15k a year, but then I started to do over 2,000 miles a month. I just couldn't bear it any longer - very loud, very rough.

Jesus it was fun though when I was in the mood :D

£11,500.

I spent about £3,000 on it and went only for top quality proven parts. The remap and 3 hours dyno tuning was £800 alone.
