The woman was annoying, but so were the journalists. As soon as the birther woman tried to speak, they would just interrupt her saying "you're not answering the question". Let her speak her piece for crying out loud!

Because she was just ranting about irrelevant nonsense. She carried on speaking for several minutes to address a point which should have taken a few seconds.
