Very expensive but I think very ugly as well. I'd choose a ZX-10R any day, despite the exclusivity of the Ferrari bike. Am I right in saying that Ferrari gave permission to use the name, but nobody from Ferrari was actually involved?

Hmmm, £250k for an enthusiast built machine with permission to use a Ferrari badge. No thanks.

I do love it in it's own right though. Really like the cafe racer look.

All over the world...
Stupidly expensive and quite ugly..doesnt matter one iota if its been sanctioned by Ferrari officially or not...saying that id love to see Ferrari actually build a bike and sell it...sure it will be stupidly expensive but probably a lot better looking than that in the OP:p.

I bought a car off them years ago, before I knew anything about cars. A MG midget that had supposedly been restored. I fell for the shiny red car and as soon as I got it home my dad looked it over and it was a total shed. Needed a new engine, gearbox, fuel tank and brakes. Even the paintwork was all just filler. Never got a penny out of them and then they dissapeared.

It tought me a lot about cars though - I hired a lockup and spent a winter fixing it up myself :)

if you look at their website every car has has the usual "wow, amazing spec, be quick' rubbish, even on poverty spec cars. I'll stop there as you probably get what I feel about by now!

Sorry I was getting confused, I thought it was these guys http://www.specialistcarsltd.co.uk/ which it seems it isn't. When you said MG Midget it made me check again. I have not idea who Specialist Cars York are.

No probs. If you look on their site you'll see a triumph tiger that they selling for £1000 above new, and an old Honda CB360. They've been trying to sell that old Honda for over a year. They had it advertised for £4k as 'the bike from life on mars'. I sent them an email and they admitted it was just the same year and colour as the car in the series - that just about sums them up.

Was thinking about buying this for a road trip through europe.
So dissapointed that its right hand drive :( It will just be too difficult to ride on foreign roads :(
