Happens on random threads. What is going on here?

Well, it actually tells you doesn't it. So it's obvious.

It means someone is hosting a pic from a bad site (e.g. a signature pic)

OR it could be a sig rotator script.

I'm sure a while back someone created a thread asking about a similar thing and it turned out to be something in someones signature. I would have look for it but I can't be bothered.

That site provides an upload service that allows you to upload anything you like. Someone probably uploaded malicious scripts and pointed people to them.

Looks like he's rehosted it. Shouldn't be a problem now
