*** Official Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Thread ***

i am sick of playing tdm and dom,especialy if we play mosh pit.should be called mosh ****,sabotage is rubbish,free for all is rubbish,demolition is rubbish,we only ever play tdm or search,so why dont we just play hardcore search or tdm.Normal modes i just get robbed of kills,especialy tdm and dom.Its not about who shoots first and is more accurate,its who can spray the most bullets and can jump around like there playing halo
 
Really not liking the fact that you have to be a certain level to play certain game modes..... Loaded the game up and really fancied jumping right into some hardcore TD, but alas I have to level up (cant mind how many levels now) before I can play it, not impressed...
 
I have started carrying a stinger as my second weapon now because so many people i have played with dont have a launcher and just end up getting raped by a pave-low or harrier , i prefer the stinger to javelin because it takes less time to get a lock on and just seems quicker but you lose out on being able to target locations , i did get a funny kill on rundown with the javelin this morning though i saw one guy hiding in the grass so he tasted some javelin overkill yes but funny :p .

my team was winning the round when i experienced the first one. we lost the game despite the fact we were ahead:p

its pretty rare though, ive had it happen 3 times to me. one guy got 2 in consecutive matches and then 49 kills in the third match and said he was 1 away from a third nuke when the game ended:eek:

i think there are 2 awards as well, 1 for losing to one and 1 for winning. as well as others for setting them off yourself, ive got no chance of getting that one:p
 
The only thing I find about carrying the stinger is that it makes you a massive target with it on your back, you are easily the biggest thing on the field with that bugger strapped to you.
 
Playing about 40 mins a day and loving it, always finish 2nd in the ranks TDM is too easy, people just hang about and I just let my team firefight while I flank, even got a last kill in my last game.

I played last night and a lad got 2 nukes in about 20 mins.
He said all you need to do is set your killstreak rewards as harrier and pavelow and it's easy.
I feel mulitplayer is broken.
One game of domination my team couldn't get near 2 flags.The other team had set 2 tactical flares at each one,so the players just spawned near them,set up camp and that was it.
Oh the camping!They should have names it Call of duty:Pontins edition.

I'm sure it's quite simple to get a 25 kill streak against a good team :rolleyes:

My point still stands - if the team you are playing against is good, they will take you out before getting to 25 (including your choppa etc).

If the team is poor, you'll kill them easy, your killstreaks will go untouched and you'll get a nuke.

Of course there may be the odd exception to this, but generally it's the case.

Get out of here heathen with your sense and facts, him and his team was doing badly so the game is BROKEN, BROKEN I tell you.

The fact that the game is BROKEN was also pointed out last night by a Xbox Live genius who's "game is completely unbalanced and BROKEN" because he got killed more than he could kill others (by a large margin) and the MP is complete and utter BS.

I disagree. Even if your team is poor you can still rack up kills.

It's all about the smoke grenades + sprinting in to the distance at the first sign of trouble
