Can Anyone Help (Ramsay Recipe Book)

Hi All,

I am meant to be cooking a quiche at my mum's house... only problem is I have left the flippin' recipe book 250 miles away!

I am wonder if any very kind soul who has this book might be willing to drop me an email and confirm the quantities of 1 or 2 ingredients?

The book is Cooking For Friends by Gordon Ramsay, and it's a recipe for a quiche (Spinach, pine nuts).

I spent about an hour looking for it online and couldn't find it anywhere
