Woohoo to another sequel , even if it was 1984 when Gremlins first hit the screens.

Saw the original on telly recently and its still very dark and quite violent, seem to remember it managed a 15 rating in the UK and lots of young teens inc me fibbing about ages to go and watch. Cant see the Granny getting blown up the stairs on the Stenna and through a window in a new PG friendly version.

Anyone else suffer the fanboy arguments re Gremlins vs Ghostbusters ( which played around the same time Xmas ish 84 in the UK). No internet at the time, just good old shouting across the playing ground, bless.

Gremlins all day.....never really got into Ghostbusters

Gremlins being one of the best christmas films ever, they can't take that away.

Number 2 never had the magic of the original, but fair play, hard to knock it for what it was.

A third film would be more akin to the first sequel id imagine.

Im good to go for 3d, gremlins will be good, dino's in a 3d JP would be better though:)

Gremlins is still amazing now

Having recently watched 1 and 2, I can tell you that 2 is a complete joke! (loved it as a child)

It even has Hulk Hogan 1/2 way through, threatening the gremlins to carry on playing the film :( :D
