EDIT: Wait, without multitouch, how you gonna move and press buttons?
Eurozone version comes with stereo bluetooth headset and screen protector
Unfortunately we have suffered a surprisingly high demand for the Sony Ericsson X10, which means that it is unexpectedly out of stock.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We hope to have further stock available within 7-10 working days and will contact you again once your order has been dispatched.
My initial thought was exactly that. How is the EMU gonna work without multi-touch![]()
EDIT - Blonde moment. I can't figure out how to close an application. Some have an exit option under more options but most don't. I found something in application manager where you could force shutdown but it didn't work.
Not all Android apps have an exit funciton, the OS closes them as and when necessary according to system resources.
I went into an o2 shop yesterday to try the x10 out and whilst I liked it there were 2 problems, firstly the assistant told me it was a resistive screen, is this true? I thought it was capacitive.
Secondly when ever I touched the screen a swirl (cant think of a better way to describe it) would appear in the centre of the screen because the pressure was being transferred to the LCD display (if you're not sure what I mean press your finger firmly onto a LCD monitor), does anyone have this problem with their x10? Or have they heard anything about it?
The screen on the X10 is capacitive display. Ive not had problems with mine at the moment.
Also i believe there has been a baseband update to 1.0.16 which improves battery life. I am just waiting on details from SE Support.
