This couldn't be more true. If you feel condensation drip on your head there's a fair chance the night has been pretty memorable.

Back in 2002 a little place in Newcastle called Foundation held some of the biggest trance DJs, Hard house Djs and it was absolutly awesome.




One of the best places I have ever been to, the atmosphere, the people, the music was on par with the biggest nights in the world, and that includes sensation white when this happened

That hardstyle at 14m 13 seconds is good stuff, I much prefer that hardstyle over the slow german nazi marching stuff

would have loved to see Tiesto when he was still doing his trance.. Don't even know if he plays any trance at his events these days as he is into all of his electro, which i don't like :(

Sensation looks sweet with everyone in white :D

Yer that bit is good.
Hardstyle seems to be going soft =/ Which i don't like. So im moving into hardcore more and more.
Like events from 03-06 seems the best imo.
Just for the lyrics ;)

Tiesto was awesome at sensation white, I prefered sensation black tho, better music, angerfist at 6am :D

Got some good videos from seeing Partyraiser and Tymon the other week.

got to love showtek :) though I think their one of the worst at becoming soft style

Yeah Showtek are horrible to listen to now, but back in 2005 they were awesome.

Day Mar is probably my fav at the moment but that might change after defqon :)

Random Q. Do you think hardstyle/core is a 'emoish' type of music.
Ill try to expand on the 'emoish' thing. Like its all just really hard bass, no singing and all dark and deep and listened to in dark clubs with lasers hehe.

I would say its a northerner chav style of music, and personally think it is terrible, what also makes me hate it even more is lots of people call it 'techno' so when i go to a real techno rave and tell people this they give me a weird look because they think i am going to listen to that hardstyle crap:mad:

Haha chav style? UK hardcore is chav music, dutch hardstyle/hardcore is something different. And please don't get me started on the techno gayers who all wear pink henley with shades indoors.

I've met all type of house/techno/trance gayers, most who will wear UV paint and cyber gear :confused:

All the current hardstyle/hardcore started from the old skool techno/hard techno.
