how does bf1943 compare to bc2? (i guess the console players will only be able to answer that).

BF1943 is quite good, albeit it is classed as an Arcade Game on the Xbox. Although I've had plenty of hours of enjoyment out of it.
It is a lot more basic then BC2 mind - there's only 3 classes with preset weapons.
Not sure if they'll give it a slight overhaul for the PC.

Ok guys so I installed the 10.4a drivers as suggested in a thread I found in Google

And now I can run DX10 mode perfectly, albeit shadows on low and 1x aa but it runs good.

BTW I have unlocked the f2000... Should I use it or stay with the xm8?

I preferred the xm8 over the f2000, currenty using the 416 which is very good.

No not really - there's your usual planes, tanks, boats etc.
Like I said, not as in depth as BC2. But still enjoyable and worth the £10 that they'll be asking for it on PC.

I can't actually find a list of vehicles for it.
But being the fastest download-only game ever says something I think.

got this on release, and there were a lot of lag issues on most servers, as well as graphical bugs.
have these been sorted since then?
