Fragrance - Spray or Splash?

Looking to buy a new fragrance, but im unsure whether to just get the aftershave version and splash it on, or get the spray version. For my previous one I had a spray and it was fine, just wondering if the splash would be better?

Anyone used both for an extensive period and knows which one stays on you better? Or is it more or less the same thing?

Always get compliments when wearing this even though I believe some of my others smell far better. Hugo Boss Energise and Burberry Touch are my favourites.

I always wear lacoste Red and I always get nice comments about it. And Spray.

+1 for spray version. It's quicker to press a button 4 times than 'painting' it on your face.

I find with spray i spray it on my hand them apply kinda defeats the purpose

I use Jean Paul gaultier 'Le Homme' Eau de toilette (spray), seems to last quite a while. When I had the splash on aftershaves I found myself almost bathing in the stuff and using too much, the fragrance seems to last a bit longer on the sprays I find.

I use spray on a daily basis, but I don't mind using splash if it smells good.

Edit - I guess with splash on, most of it just ends on your hands (obv.), and you'd go through it quicker.

Just to add my scent of choice atm is Boss Bottled Night.

Aftershave is meant for use on your face after shaving surprisingly enough It helps close the pores and doesn't have as long a lasting smell as EDT. EDT is not meant to be used on the face, instead the neck/wrists etc and the smell lasts longer. So it's more what you want to use it for. If it's for the fragrance alone then EDT Spray is best.

I always find my hands stink all through the day after I use splash on, and burgers can taste well funky.

Do you eat many burgers?

I prefer splash, especially aftershave, the ZING you get after a fresh shave is awesome.

And if it's Old Spice, well then your hands are now diamonds.
