Different strokes for different folk's, it certainly effects me in a mostly positive way, unless I forget to take it for a few days then I feel like I'm having a mini break down.

You do realise two things don't you mate?
1. You will have to come off them one day in the future so they're not a fix, only a temporary solution while you try to fix your issues.
2. They can take a long time before they actually work and can really mess you up in the meantime?
