ECS GeForce6100PM-M2 V7.0 GeForce 6150SE (Socket AM3/AM2+) DDR2 microATX Motherboard.

Is it good value for money? and is the upgradablity good?

Just wondering since im on low income :(

What do you need it for? Are you building a new system or just replacing an old mobo?

Erm just getting it in a Value Prebuild from OcUK 'Primo Submission just while i start to learn the basics and more about Computer hardware.

Its basically for use while im in college and learning about computer system, since my laptop (as you see in my Sig) is pathetic.

Well, according to this benchmark your laptop has a more powerful cpu than that system.

http://www.cpubenchmark.net/midlow_range_cpus.html

Your core2duo t2350 scores 849, whilst the opteron 140 only scores 771. That "primo submission" looks really underpowered and outdated.

I think you should probably look to spend a bit more to get something you'll be happy with. If you're serious about learning about computers, the best thing to do is build one from scratch. If you make thread in "general hardware" asking people to spec you a budget build for around £200-250, you'd end up with something a lot better than that pre-built...... and the knowledge and satisfaction from building it yourself, is invaluable.

£200 Max might be able to upgrade at xmas but this is for my birthday on 22nd Oct.

500GB Sata Minimum
2.70GHz Min
mobo to be upgradable to 4GB Ram. but 1/2GB for now

OcUK Zeus case will do :)
