6000 series confirmed for next week

Kind of. The 2 cards out tomorrow, the 6850 & 6870, are to compete against the 768mb & 1gb GTX 460 cards.

The 6850 is rumoured to have better performance than the 5830 for a similar price.

The 6870 will perform similar to the 5850 performance for around £200 apparently.

The 5850 'replacement' is the 6950, which isn't out until late November afaik.
 
Apparently the 6850 can be branded from day 1, the 6870 will be available as reference cards only at day 1.

oh damn why midnight i nda lifts at 8 pm darn, i guess u can only sell them tomorrow


edit : pyramid pictures after 8 pm should do fine
