Current rig in my sig,

Currently i have an Akasa cooler ( pretty much a clone of the freezer 7 pro ) and it does a good job but the fan on its dying, so new cooler time.

Now i have a Tuniq Tower 120. Its HUGE and as a result it interferes with the PSU as my case has the PSU at the top ( Coolermaster 335 ). It fits but the cooler is literally touching the PSU casing cutting off the airflow to the PSU.

So is it worth getting a nice new case with the PSU at the bottom so i can use Tuniq or shall i just get one of the new Freezer 13 coolers?

Or of course i could remove the duff fan from what i have and strap a new fan to it :p

hmmm not sure,

am pretty sure the tuniq would kick the freezer 13 to the kerb, but at the cost of a new case and psu, thats a tough choice lol

I wouldnt need a PSU id just need a case that mounts it at the bottom like the antec 300 or 600

Meatloaf, not sure why you wouldn't simply replace the fan? Its by far the cheapest and easiest solution assuming you are happy with the temps the cooler can provide? You won't be getting much more out of that quad on air at least.

However, sometimes a man simply needs an excuse to buy new shiny things which, if true, is entirely justified. Enjoy! :D
