Hey all, been looking at the OCuk Forum for a while now and noticed you are all very talented at speccing gaming builds. I was wondering if you can help me out.

I've got a budget of £850-950. I would like to go for a i5 build as I will be using this specially for gaming. I would like the system to have an i5 for some overclocking goodness,a ssd, pref nvidia GPU, and would like the MoBo SLI ready for future upgrades. I would also need windows included in the price.

Defo go for the 2500k i5 cpu

Rest I am looking for so will be keeping eye out for what everyone else offers you, I speced this up but am waiting for people to offer different components for a lower price so you could maybe go for higher components in some instances

Thanks for the quick responses. Some great builds here, I've noticed two builds have suggested the 560ti where as one has the 570. I'm thinking it might be better for me to get the cheaper card for now, and spend slightly more money on the other parts. I obviously want a good psu,mobo and cooler and will probs end up replacing the GPU sometime towards the release of BF3/christmas. If that makes sense? Or is the 570 a huge leap in performance?

Wouldnt this psu... http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-039-CS... be better for a few more pennies? Or am I being annoying :D

The TX850 isnt modular and a good 750W unit such as that XFX is plenty for that spec and a future SLI setup.

Just wondering about 8GB of ram aswell, any need for gaming?
