I used Music Magpie quite a bit last year, very easy and if you've got a load to get rid of you could get a nice little reward. Reminds me, I've got to box up some games/CDs for them!
OP: You probably won't get much wherever you go, unless you've got rare imports or whatever, so brace yourself for getting 50p a CD and being glad of it.
I've used these guys a couple of times. They're great if you want to quickly get rid of lots of CDs/DVDs/games and you're not too fussed about the price (CDs go for around 30p I think, but it varies). The only real downside is the whole process takes about 4-6 weeks to get the cash in your account (they pay by cheque).

I would recommend music magpie myself, though i never completed the service I got a good offer on my stuff and they offer to send you the box to send it back to them in. I used the iPhone app which can use the camera to scan the barcode and give you a price quickly - works suprisingly well and got a few albums worth 3 quid which is more than I was expecting.
Should really get round to doing it all again and sending them off this time!
