Might just stick with the BB until I can find some better deals on the other networks. Ideally I would go on Voda but all their contracts offer a measly 500mb unless you spend over £40 a month which is a joke. I barely use any minutes so instead I want data but companies don't seem to cater for that.

Just learn how to negotiate dude.

Say, "I'll have your deal as long as I get the unlimited data tariff,otherwise I'll just shop around."

You'll be amazed what might happen.

It's selling ridiculously well, I'd imagine more than anyone predicted, so everything's short on stock, high demand means stockists can get away with charging more
 
£17 is cheaper than Apple would charge for the HDMI cable, they charge £40 for the iPhone video cable delivered - more than double. I'd say less than half price is quite a significant saving and 'bloody cheap' comparitively.

Also you can get aftermarket Samsung ones for around £12.

Have you guys noticed that the phone get's a tad hot sometimes?

Was using it yesterday watching TV on the phone and it got to 50 degrees! (while it was on charge).

When i used the in-built Navigation program in my car while using a car charger, the phone still lost charge and got REALLY hot!

Kind of an issue really!
 
Really the phone gets hot when its charging and you are playing games/watching videos on it, who'd have thought it!

I use a belkin usb adaptor in the car with a standerd usb cable, my phone charges fine when using navigation and music at the same time. Think it's rated a 1 amp (most cheaper chargers are only 0.5 amps, standard wall charger is 0.7).

It does get warm, but i wouldn't say it got hot. it's a little better than the SGS1 (which was also fine) and massively better than my old N900 is both heat and charging.
 
Easyrider has touched those up a bit but the quality is still there, it is a superb camera.

Also, it takes an excellent picture while you're walking (as long as you can keep your hands fairly still), most phone cameras fail and blur in that situation.

The camera itslef is 8MP so with the correct ammount of light can take excellent quality photo's

Garbage in Garbage out is my moto and those shots prove with a bit of post production in Lightroom enhacing colours etc.. you can get excellent results as the definition is already there in the first place.

The video is excelllent too mate :)
 
It most certainly is, I've actually pulled stills out of the some of the video and used them as pictures, people are still impressed by it even then :p
