i find im the type off person that could drink little everyday but not binge drink. i like a little buzz
i mean by choice and sometimes I was having 1-3 pints most days but at weekends not anymore if going out.
Sometimes Id do weekend binges but no midweek drinking.
for ages and atm as I been on fitness plan I drink maybe 2-3 days 1-2 500ml cans. thats all.
I think thats not much?
also bear in mind im a total lightweight i was once at 18 8.5 stone just under 6ft lol
also tbh i like the feeling off bieng tipsy more than sober...so i could be tipsy every day happily lol....
