Wow, I just totally realised why you guys don't believe me... I forgot that 90% of you have never had a girlfriend, specially the really geeky ones who are obsessed with proving people wrong, so of course you'd find it hard to believe someone could have a girlfriend who's a bit psycho!

Criminal damage and jail do not go in the same sentence. Itll most likely be a fine of nowhere near the value of the items damaged.
Exactly. You can only be guilty of it if the victim is in fact threatened. It they're not, then all you're guilty of is of not being very scary.
Make up the punishment as you see fit. There are no guidelines for imaginary crimes perpetrated by imaginary people over imaginary issues.
