Liverpool need to get rid of Carroll. He is actually a hinderance when he plays. Far too selfish and always trying to head towards goal from everywhere in the box when there is no chance of him beating the keeper. Liverpool play in a strange way when he plays and its not good for them.

For someone with so much pace Downing's one of the slowest thinking footballers I've ever seen. Rarely makes the right choice and always slows down play
