You get a free cheeeeeseburger with an armed forces card.

I think its just a student ID thing but if you ask for it you normally get it.

Only if they are being a jobsworth they refuse

I remember going into Wendy's in NY. Had a large chicken burger of some sort, but the drink was literally the size of your average bucket. Ridiculous!

ha i was going to post that chart as well

, i was looking more at the serving size in grams though, 202g upto 221g, shame it doesnt show every countries bigmac weight :/

Strange, on the couple of occasions I've been into McDs in the states they've always had shakes, McDs in Macy's, NYC and one in Vegas spring to mind. Having said that it's only been a couple of times, there's so many better alternatives in the States so my experience is hardly representative.

My brother said in Singapore they have something called a Quad-Mac which is 4 big mac burgers in one bun!!!!

I can't believe we're discussing US hamburgers and no-one has mentioned Steak 'n Shake. They are by far the best. They cook them to order. Even on the drive through.

They once did a double quarter pounder at mcdonalds, that was definitely worth the money.

I remember when they did buy one get one free big macs too, think it was a world cup promotion... 2006 or euro 2004 maybe.

They should definitely bring them back

XL Bacon Cheese does me fine lol, and the fries *drool* I sometimes pic one up on the way home from work, the fries are gone before I get home, they're like cocaine to me lol (or what I imagine coke would be like)

<nostalgia>I remember visiting the McD in Woolwich High Street when it first opened. It was the first ever McD in the UK in 1974. I got root beer instead of Coke by mistake :shudder: but the Big Mac was genuinely great. I firmly believe that they changed the special sauce at some point in the late 70s because they are nowhere near as nice now as they were.</nostalgia>

That's what I don't understand either, yet I distinctly remember there being no machine to make them in at least one McDonalds in the US and certainly one in France. I've only been to a 3 or 4 myself, when you're minibusing around with a load of others on long trips McDonalds are a godsend for a short break and snack.

Anyone who has proper meals at them should be shot IMO...

Because the sauce in the sandwich is more like salad cream, not mayo. Hence the name

Noooo! Strawberry or Banana are the only two flavours McDonalds should sell. I love it when you have to suck hard

, hate it when it all melts and you end up with warm liquid that tastes vaguely of the flavour it's supposed to be.

Once upon a time, long long ago they used to sell McDonalds Cola, not Coke and they had Root beer like you said.

I also love the fact that McDonalds in Scotland all sell Irn Bru, but hate the fact that when i go south I have to drink something else instead.
