When I was that age my face was really white due to dry skin as I washed it 4-5 times per day. I still had awful spots.

Some people are just lucky. Spots are more genetic than anything else. If you are going to get them, you are going to get them.

Have to say, good old Daily Mail, again with a fake headline, they even say in the article - "Miss Irvine, who prefers McDonald’s treats but also enjoys KFC’s". This is like the article they had when someone got 6 months in jail for stealing a bottle of lucozade, then in the article saying she also stole several bits of designer clothing.

There have been some studies which suggest a diet with a high glycemic load can make acne more problematic.
