I just flashed Hydrongenics which was a complete waste of time. It stubbornly refuses to allow me to create my giffgaff APN. I go through the hassle of manually entering all the settings, hit menu, hit save and it returns me to a completely blank list of APN's. I've created my APN this way a million times of other ROMs so i know its not me doing something wrong.
 
I've just played with contacts on LP7 and edited/saved etc and no problems.

After the first boot and after you let media scanner do its thing (can take up to 30mins~ depending on how much media you have) you need to reboot so APN settings can apply themselves automatically.

I've just tried to restore my LP7 Nandroid and CWM Recovery 5.5 froze on restoring data.

Brix were **** but I noticed that it (CWM 5.5) restored the boot partition first which contained the old CWM so am now restoring on old CWM recovery :p

Mine did that too last night after giving hydro a spin , deciding I didn't like it due to a few bugs in the toggles and stuff like misaligned text on the lock screen , I just rebooted back into recovery (come to think of it it was a slightly different recovery the 2nd time) and it restored fine the 2nd time so may be there's a problem with the recovery in the latest hydro ?
 
It's CWM recovery but I imagine it could be boot related somewhere. Either way, my restore worked fine and am back on LP7 :D
 
I'm back on Hydrogenics I there's a few little niggles with the LP7 rom I couldn't get past. the biggest being the alarm clock swipe actions are confusing enough when awake let alone half asleep, two days running I turned my alarm off instead on snoozing.
 
I don't use the stock alarm app. I use Kaloer Clock, way better than any stock based alarm app, free too. Looks brilliant as a desk clock too on an AMOLED screen.
 
In Google Play under the My Apps section I see an app called MTC Mo6 followed by Russian characters and underneath says OJSC Mobile Telesystems. I've no idea what this app is and it doesn't have a very good rating? Why is it there?
 
It isn't actually installed, or I don't have the option to uninstall. I just did a factory reset but it's still there, telling me I need to update.
 
Using the S2 as I got it. Never changed anything.

I read some of the comments and apparently it's offered as an update for something wrongly.

Got the same on my Google play. Using WanamLite.Stock.DXLP7.

Using 3.5.15 market. Can't find any reference on my phone with root explorer though. Also I wish Google would change all that Green to ICS blue in the market :p

Have you tried texting "settings" to 2020? (Without the quotes). May work.
 
Just installed Hydrogenics, first impressions are very good. Then I went to go to the market to install Titanium to restore my apps, and noticed I don't have it... probably a stupid question, am I missing something? And yes I know I'm looking for Google Play :p it's not there.
