8800 GTX replacement

This week my GeForce 8800 GTX packed up and i'm looking to replace it.
I was considering the Asus HD 6850 DirectCU V2 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card.
Would this work with my current build (My current spec is listed in my sig). I am also going to replace my Raptor drives with a single drive (nothing fancy) as one of them is on the way out.
It's a little more than I can afford really but am looking for something that will last. I'm thinking of giving Diablo3 a try, other than that i'm only playing the EnB emulator.
Your opinions and ideas are greatly appreciated.

Yes that card is a great budget choice, really good bang for the buck. Should be fine with your setup

Hmm may have to change that to the Asus HD 6770 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card as they have just changed the price Was on for 85 quid and its now listed at 108!

my 5850 is still going strong, very good card.

i prefer Nvidia these days though personally.
