The way the average Joe/Jane public worships useless inflated in importance celebrities is a never ending source of annoyance.

You know who's important, the scientists working on cures for cancer, the people attempting to discover new sources of energy, the doctors who saves lives - not some moderately attractive slightly talented fool - even a decent singer is nothing special.
