2 in 1 HDMI cable thinger

Not really sure what it is called, but I'm looking for something that can convert one HDMI socket into two, so you don't have to keep swapping cables over and can do it with just a switch or button.

Does OcUk sell something that can do this? If not, what's the thinger called I need to google?
