I have a 680, and running Heaven It crashes with Driver has stopped working. I have just ran furmarks for just shy of 2 hours, and was fine.

I have done a fresh install of windows and still the same Heaven crashes. So do games.

Is my card faulty.
 
Furmark doesn't load the gpu like heaven etc. I dont rate programs like that for testing to be honest.
 
Mine will crash on heaven if I try and give too much on the OC. Is yours OC'd? Also, heaven is the best test for your GPU stability IMO as this is GPU intensive.
 
So I assume that is not Overclocked? If not, try using MSI After burner and add +100mv to the card and see if this stabalises it. Volts IMO is what is your problem.

If not PSU problems, it does sound like the card is faulty. A fresh install of windows has helped eliminate other possible problems. Can you try the card in another computer or have another PSU to try?

If not, I see very few options left but to DSR/RMA the card.
 
I have seen on other forums people having issues with these cards. I have 2 in sli and run ok with factory overclocks, but when I try upping clocks by the slightest amount heaven crashes. I have tried afterburner, precision x and none make a difference. Since mine are ok at factory oc I have kept them. I'm hoping it's a bios issue. Type Palit thundermaster(palits oc software)in google and you will see the threads I'm talking about.
