its not too bad mate, clock speed is just slightly low for those temps and voltage, but I have no idea what cooling your using, so that might be why ?

but like the other gent says, the temps are ok mate.

Just make sure they stay roundabout that same temp in a hot day etc or you have the heating on in the house, if not then maybe you need to look at your cooling a little bit, as far now though its fine mate ;)

mines is at 4.5 just now with similar temps to you and voltage at 1.205v stable under severe stress test (and to answer your very first question, 1.25v is safe, just be wary if going over 1.3v)

thats graphs from the intel data sheet, can you explain what your meaning when posting them please, no disrespect meant at all mate, just wondering, thats all ? ;)

oh, op asked if [email protected] is safe having core temp of 78c, i was just showing the graphs of how ivb scales...and he's well within limits, so nothing to worry xD
