I would like to thank [TW]Fox for his insistence that my approved VW should have been given a 12 month roadside breakdown policy....even though I was initially told by my dealer that was not the case.....

after several phone calls to the dealer and one to VWuk, the dealer has now applied the Roadside Assistance to my warranty as [TW]fox said they should have..

So thanks, you saved me £100 and carry on being insistent even if I do complain about it ....:)
 
With that £100 you can buy us a few rounds of our favourite beverages then?

While we're at it, i'd like to thank Fox for his advice to buy a Vauxhall Corsa. Got the best engine in the range too, thanks to his assistance - 1.3CDTI ecoFLEX. I can't really afford it, but he showed me that i could get it for only £200pm for the next 60 months (plus balloon payment). Managed to get a really good flat rate interest rate too due to his sound advice.

And the best bit?! Tax is only £20 a year and i get 50mpg! It's just a bit annoying I only do 2000 miles a year, because the interior is such a lovely place to be too!
 
It's a standard feature of most approved-used schemes (Well, those from people like VW, Audi, BMW, Lexus etc). It usually comes bundled with the warranty package. Most franchised dealers are required to bundle the approved used warranty/assistance package with every approved used car.
