***The Official Samsung Galaxy S III Thread***

Is there definately a black S3 coming? As a person who has never owned one..... I'm looking at getting my first s3 in the next few weeks ;)

The latest OTA Samsung leak is damn smooth. So buttery, I have not hit any of the bugs that others have mentioned on XDA. Not a single force close or judder. It is quite unbelievable how responsive to touch the interface feels. I genuinely thought that ICS on the S3 stock was pretty perfect in this regard but having used JB now it is quite obvious that it wasn't. Pushing the screen around or the response time to tapping an icon is just so smooth now.

I guess I can finally see what some iPhone users have always moaned about.

Please don't compare an S3 to an iphone. It's unlawful. Give JB a few months to settle and it'll possibly be the greatest o/s to ever grace the galaxy..... Until the next one anyway.

Which did you use? Install over ICS or was it a full restore?

Hey guys quick quick question regarding the GS3 and Voda (not sure if network makes a difference to this) But network mode, should i leave it default gsm/wcdma or change it to wcdma only, i remember back on a sony ericsson it was advisable to have it on wcdma only but im not sure about this GS3.

Should add the signal for voda is shocking in my house, 1 bar if im lucky most of the time.

May well be a compatibility issue with router and phone. I've seen it many times.

But I think I've had the issue on a few routers.

Will CPW try and charge me considering they think there's nothing wrong? If so, any advice?

I'll be particularly ****ed if I still have the problem. I'm tempted to ask them to try and connect my phone to their WiFi network (I assume they must have one) and if it gives the 'authentication error' or just wont connect, I ask what they suggest we do?

Have you looked in to the sure signal box? I wouldn't be able to live without it as I have poor to no signal at home!

leave it on gsm/wcdma for best signal coverage as the phone will be able to use 3G or 2G signal.
