Best way to improve stamina?

I know! Great, aren't they? :D

You aren'tplanking for hours on end, and you don't currently need weights to do them, so just move them out to the evening when you're watching the TV. Swot I do occasionally if lifting gets the better of me.

You could also ditch the incline/decline bench and just up the weight on the flat bench, giving you more time and potentially more recovery. This also applies to the lateral dumbbell raises. But I'm no bodybuilder, so this might not be where you want to end up...

Good idea, although hopefully wont get sweaty again!

Thats something i intend to do, first just want to build up some resistence/stamina and reach my goal of being to do 3x10 @ 40 for all decline, flat and incline.

When i join gym ill have to see what equipment they have and post what they have got. Should be joining monday.
