***The Official LG Nexus 4 Thread***

I think everyones main problem is the cost of delivery. 3-5 day shipping costing 10 pounds is ridiculous, if it was free I doubt many (including myself) if any would be annoyed.

I can't believe people are buying these on ebay for such inflated prices. A sellers stated on their auction that they bought their N4 from an O2 shop for £399, and someone's bought it off him for £475. Why not just go to an O2 shop themselves?! Easy money if you can be bothered.

edit: Just found another one that went in the same circumstances for £600!

This is exactly the problem. As well as no notification about anything since placing my order not even a little update just pending pending pending.

I agree the pricing of the delivery is wrong, and the whole Google device store rush on release day was shameless at best. However the delivery time and price has always been clear from the outset it's pointless complaining about it now.

By far my biggest grumble at Google for the release was not limiting the amount of purchases per Wallet account, I would be very annoyed if I had not managed to get an order through.

Oh well not much we can do, I hate the random factor in how deliveries go out (i.e. people ordering later yet already received/shipped), the same thing happened with the n7 launch where people who pre-ordered received their tablets a week (not just hearsay, I was one of those individuals) after those that ordered on release.

How simple is it google? First come, first served.

Exactly there is somebody in the US who ordered 100 devices. I imagine the same happened here. I didn't get a n4 16gb but I did manage to get a n10 32gb and bumper :p Very annoyed.

This is what is annoying me the most, I get the order in before quite a few people yet they get theirs first

I've never known any company to work that way.

Out of interest, those that have their tracking info - What time does it say the packages were first collected from the origin warehouse?

I'm curious as to the time between TNT picking them up and people receiving emails.

Mine was picked up from the main depot yesterday but no time is show. It arrived at the local depot at 05:39 today.
