Log thread: how much in a year?
The idea for me is to double my lifts in a year from September 2012, and I started at:
SQUAT: 120kg
BENCH: 80kg
DEADLIFT: 150kg
So you ca workout where I want to be.
Also, for the whole of 2013, I plan on reaching the following Olympic lifts:
SNATCH: 130kg
CLEAN & JERK: 170kg
Touch of the lolwut? Absolutely. But DILLIGAF?
I compete against myself, so it's only me who'll be disappointed.
