My car charger doesn't work anymore with my SGS2, the micro usb plug is loose.
Had it for over a year or so and only cost £1 from the bay, so it doesn't owe me anything, Anyway, the bay and rainforest sell supposedly genuine samsung CAD300UBE chargers for around £4, but reviews on the rainforest differ as to if they're genuine or not, as some feel flimsy and break quickly, where others are very happy with their purchase. Otoh, mobilefun sell genuine ones for £11, but I don't want to spend that much. Not sure whether to spend a quid and get one to last a year or so, or spend £4 from the bay/forest not knowing if it's genuine?

haha yes beaten at your own post. I ordered one yesterday and screen covers and a car caddy so hopefully be here soon.

I am scared to use this nexus 4 until I have a proper cover and a car caddy.

Yeah, was just about to do that, then had a rethink because I also remember the tip of my £1 charger coming off a few months back and falling into a gap in the socket. It was probably that which shorted out my socket because I had to replace the socket fuse. So I've just bought a so called 'genuine' samsung for £4.25. It's also S3 compatible if I ever get round to upgrading mine. I'll see how it goes. I use car charging a lot so it's worth having something a bit better I suppose.

My cheapo one has also become loose recently, so have forked out a fiver for the Sony one above, cheers. Interchangeable cable too so can use it to charge my tablet if needed.
