Inclination of possible car theft...

Guys, I need some help with my Smart car, anyone on here live in Cardiff and able to lend me a hand? It's been 3 weeks + now and i'm struggling.

Sounds like a crap situation. I've had similar issues (used to leave next to some flats with anti-social behaviour, drugs raids, back of our house got egged, car got keyed etc). My wife didn't feel safe when home alone as you'd get mobs outside nearby properties.

Like you I have turned into a snob and my advice would be to consider moving if possible even if not the best financial move, although I appreciate that may not be feasible. Home should not be a stressful place where you have to be constantly worrying about what is going on nearby and cringing everytime you hear noise in the night.

It sounds pretty horrendous, can't think why anyone here would give you grief for complaining about that kind of behaviour. You have some self respect so get out of there if you can. The best way to deal with the situation is realise you're better than living amongst scum and leave them to it. It's sad that patches of this country are being overrun by scum but sadly they seem to be multiplying at a faster rate than ever. Being a first time buyer, trying to find a nice family house that's not too close to dss scum is proving difficult without breaking the bank.

Agreed. Either they have zero experience of what the op is going through, or they are the sort of people the op is talking about.

Keep a diary of what's going on and how it effects you. If it turns out they are doing anything unreasonable/unlawful, it'll come in handy with the case. It'll add weight to your complaint. But the authorities will need to see a prolonged chain of events before taking any action.
