You don't need to "pay" any extra for anything in DS3, you can buy the resource packs with ration seals (which are picked up free in game) if you feel the need to.

As for which to buy, DS3 by a mile, any company these days which sees fit to give you an 18hr single player campaign deserves support.
The fact its a very good single player campaign as well makes it all the better.

Id say neither. Either wait for bioshock or trying something different. Far cry 3 or skyrims new dlc pack dragonborn. It has a very morrowind feel to it.

Crisis 3 is just same old shooter and bored me so much i uninstalled it after about 30mins of play :/
What happened to unusual (not humans with guns) and challenging enemies!

There are 'unusual' enemies later in the game - if you uninstalled after 30mins then you probably didn't come across them yet. As is the case in pretty much any Crytek game, even dating back to Far Cry...
