4k hot hatch... where would your money go?

was going to poo poo the idea of a 225 megane, but good cup examples are sub 5k now! :eek:

I remember when I was looking and the ones to go for [cup/facelift] was 8k+
that was only february last year.

go and try an R26 if you can stormster

edit* scratch that, an R26 will be out of budget. just see if you can look at a cup
 
depends on what you mean by hot. 1.8t is a seriously dull engine compared to sort of engine youd expect to find in a hot hatch

An R26 is WAY out of budget, but its the one to have, the normal 225 is pants.
