It's a publisher thing more than anything, they don't want to undermine retail by setting the price too low. That, and there's no real risk involved in digital copies; it's just a file on a server, if nobody buys it they haven't spent any real money putting it there, as opposed to physical copies which have been manufactured, distributed etc and will lose value over time.

Sony were on the right track with The Last of Us pricing (£39.99), hopefully it's a sign of things to come rather than a one-off.
 
Oh noes, if they do manage to get anything from it - it'll be spoilers all over the net :(

I know there's a few audio leaks online but that's about it.

Edit: The N4G Twitter feed just popped up and said the soundtrack has been too

Shame about the ones who want to spoil it for other people though. I was so glad when all the 'leaked' stuff about TLoU turned out to be nonsense (or at least, very minor). Although it did have the interesting side-effect of making me go through the game half-expecting certain things to happen, and then being surprised and/or relieved when they didn't.
